About our Oversight Board
The Well maintains an outside volunteer ovesight board of three men to speak into our elder board and church life. Our elders rely on these men for insight and influence in matters of church governance, discipline, growth and more. They also function as a recourse for our congregation to uphold our elders' accountability. We joyfully rely on their experience as ministers of the gospel, fathers, mentors and more.
