Missional Community Spotlight: Gunbarrel
Missional communities are the primary way we connect with others and live together on mission. These smaller groups of people provide an opportunity to know others and be known within The Well community. Through these relationships, we mutually challenge and encourage one another to truly believe our Identity in Christ and live a life that shows the world who God truly is.
We are working to provide a brief spotlight on each of our missional communities on the blog to give potential participants some insight into the different missional community experiences. To find out more about missional communities, please contact our Missional Community Director, Matt McGahen.
Name and size of MC: Gunbarrel MC, 7 members
Name(s) of MC leaders: Eric & Megan (leaders for 6 months)
This is a brand-new MC in the Gunbarrel/Niwot area. They regularly rotate through family dinners, outings to restaurants and breweries in the area, and DIG group meetings wherein they study books from the Bible and famous Christian authors. They meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm.
MCs at The Well are of varying ages. Some have been together for multiple years, while others, like this one, are relatively new. We encourage individuals and families to find the MC closest to them and get involved!
